We do not promise government meetings, commercial matchmaking results, investment or procurement outcomes, or acceptance by a specified host before written confirmation.

We can work under your agency name or as a disclosed China operating partner. We do not bypass the overseas agency to market directly to clients introduced through that partner.
Scope, communication channels, document branding, payment milestones and on-tour contact roles are agreed before confirmation so both teams know who owns each part of the client experience.

Market, dates, group profile, program purpose, cities, hotel level and required services.
We review routing, supplier conditions, visit requirements and information still needed.
Both teams refine the program, responsibilities, quotation basis and client-facing documents.
